1. Your rights
Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You may also have rights under Swedish consumer legislation. This policy explains how we handle refunds and returns.
2. Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To meet the deadline, send your withdrawal notice before the period has expired.
3. How to request a refund or return

State your order details and that you wish to withdraw or return. We will confirm receipt and provide instructions for returning the product if applicable.
4. Returning the product
If you withdraw, you must return the product without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise. Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible, in resaleable condition.
5. Refund
We will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return. We will use the same means of payment as you used, unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of return.
6. Exceptions
Your right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened supplement packaging) where not agreed otherwise. We will inform you before you place an order if any such exception applies. Damaged or defective goods are handled separately; contact us for a replacement or refund.
7. Geographic scope
This refund policy applies to orders placed via this website, which is operated from Sweden and directed at customers in the EEA. Refunds are processed in accordance with EU and Swedish consumer law. Product (Cardevara) is sold as a food supplement only; we make no health or medical claims.
